My Wife found this somewhere, and well, somehow, it has been accurate for both our children.

What the chart does is to interpret if the bay is a male/female, depensing on the age and month of conceiving of the mother.
男=male
女=female
Age is calculated as in the Chinese Calander, and so is the month.
For age of mum, its easy to calculate: just add one year to your current age. e.g. you are 25 this your, you should look at the 25 year old row.
For month, now, thats abit tricky.
But google can help you.
